چکیده
Context The importance of lupin in animal nutrition has increased over the years due to its moderate protein content and relative availability. Low inclusion rate broiler diet been associated with presence antinutritional factors. established beneficial effect fermentation as a processing strategy dietary enzyme use improving nutritional value legumes such lupins, thus, necessitated this study. Aims This study determined solid-state fermented (SSFLP) enzyme-supplemented (LP) on performance ileal amino acid digestibility chickens. Methods In Experiment 1 (performance trial), total 300 day-old Ross 308 male chicks were distributed into six treatments, five replicates 10 birds each. Diet was based corn–soybean meal (SBM), Diets 2 3 contained 250 g/kg LP SSFLP respectively. 4 + phytase (PHY). 5 xylanase (XYL). 6 PHY XYL. at 500 units (FTU)/kg XYL 1000 units/kg added respective diets. (digestibility 240 21-day-old assigned treatments replicate cages eight SBM, 650 PHY. Key results Dietary SBM enhanced from 21 days. PHY- supplemented improved birds’ bodyweight gain feed intake compared rest apparent (AID) some acids (AA). SSF had no AA contents, lowered depressed weight birds. Although did not improve performance, it effectively phosphorus (P) retention Feeding diets AID calcium P, well retention. Conclusions Adding supplemental indicated by BWG FI these birds, which significantly higher than those fed other LP-based comparable effective increasing P when acids. Implications is promising ingredient can have potential application formulation. However, further studies are still needed be able clearly understand high level development cocktail inoculants target all ANFs lupins will definitely open new window for poultry industry.

This trial was conducted to determine the effects of feeding a diet containing solid-state fermented rapeseed meal on performance, nutrient digestibility, intestinal ecology and intestinal morphology of broiler chickens. A mixed liquid culture, containing approximately 5 log cfu/ml Lactobacillus fermentum, Enterococcus faecium, Saccharomyces cerevisae and Bacillus subtilis was prepared in a 1:1...
متن کاملIleal amino acid digestibility and performance of growing pigs fed wheat-based diets supplemented with xylanase.
Two experiments were conducted to determine the effect of supplementation of xylanase to a wheat-based diet on the apparent ileal digestibility (AID) of AA and the performance of growing pigs fed diets limiting in AA. In Exp. 1, eight pigs (average initial BW = 20.5+/-1.2 kg) fitted with a simple T-cannula at the distal ileum, were fed four diets according to a repeated 4 x 4 Latin square desig...

The aim of the study was to evaluate the accuracy of ileal amino acid digestibility coefficients in dietary formulation for broiler chickens. Two relatively poor quality protein sources, a meat-and-bone meal and a dried blood meal were used. The meals were subjected to the ileal assay and respective mean coefficients of digestibility of 0.58 and 0.67 were found for the first-limiting amino acid...
